An Oregon micro-creamery

Our Creamtop Creamery is a small grassfed dairy & creamery specialized in mid size batches of butter, soft cheeses, and hard cheeses. 

This small herd is Jersey Normandie cross with A2/A2 milk.   We live on our farm in Jackson County, Oregon, otherwise known as the Rogue Valley with our own fields, some chickens, mushrooms, vegetables, and flowers.
